The Maritime Mediation Centre

Created on the initiative of CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris), a leader in dispute resolution for businesses for 25 years, the CMM came into being in 2021.

Composed of experienced, trained and certified mediators (ESCP Business School Certification – CMAP Institut 131 CMM) with knowledge of the maritime and river environment, the CMM provides support in France and internationally to companies linked to the sea and river environment, wishing to anticipate or resolve their disputes in a different way.

Our teams work with you upstream of the mediation process to define the best resolution strategy to adopt, and if mediation is implemented, at every stage of the process, from referral to the agreement reached between the parties.
