CMM Mediators: Gabriel Touchard

This week, we continue introducing our mediators with a profile of Gabriel Touchard, mediator at the CMM.

Behind every successful mediation, there is a team of trained and dedicated mediators. Men and women in the field, trained in conflict resolution, with in-depth knowledge of the maritime sector’s challenges.

Gabriel’s professional journey — first as a litigation lawyer, then as a legal manager in a major energy group — naturally led him to mediation. Faced with the limits of judicial litigation, he chose negotiation, favoring win-win solutions. The CMAP inter-company mediation training he completed in 2017 further strengthened this orientation. Convinced of the benefits of mediation, Gabriel continues to practice his profession while using his expertise to help resolve disputes.
