With 15 years of experience as a legal counsel and regional legal director for major international companies (Apple, Saipem, Boart Longyear), Faiza now practices as a lawyer with the Paris Bar and as an independent mediator certified by CMAP, CMM, and CEDR. She is involved in numerous international business development and setup projects across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Specializing in contract law and compliance, she supports companies with a strategic approach to litigation that includes all available tools — including alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, arbitration, and conciliation.
Originally from Les Sables d’Olonne and Tahitian at heart, Faiza is passionate about the marine world. She brings her expertise in conflict management and negotiation to support the “people of the sea.”
