We are proud to announce our membership of the Cluster Maritime Français!
Created in 2006, the Cluster Maritime Français (CMF) brings together all players in the maritime ecosystem, from industry to services and maritime activities of all kinds. Today, it comprises almost 500 entities: companies of all sizes, competitiveness clusters, federations and associations, laboratories and research centers, schools and training organizations, local authorities and economic players, as well as the French Navy.
At CMM – Centre de MĂ©diation de la Mer, we work with all players in the maritime world – sailors, shipowners, shipyards, equipment suppliers, charterers, fishermen, etc. – to prevent and resolve disputes amicably.
Our mediators, experts in the sector, intervene in complete confidentiality to facilitate dialogue and find lasting solutions.
Disputes in the maritime world, whether commercial, operational or human, represent a high cost in terms of time, money and energy. But there is another way! CMM – Centre de MĂ©diation de la Mer (CMM) is revolutionizing conflict management in the maritime industry.
Whether you’re a sailor (sports or pleasure), shipowner, builder, shipyard, equipment manufacturer, charterer, fisherman, etc., CMM helps you anticipate, negotiate and resolve your disputes before they become major obstacles. Our certified mediators, experts in the maritime world, know how to navigate the sometimes turbulent waters of professional relations to find lasting solutions.
Created by CMAP – MĂ©diation et Arbitrage, the pioneer of mediation in France, CMM is here to redefine conflict resolution. In France and abroad, we are present at every stage, from initial discussion to final agreement.
